I am a historian and PhD student in history at Vanderbilt University. I work on modern American history with a particular focus on intellectual history, political history, and the Black Freedom Struggle. I study the intersection of ideology and historical memory within the racial politics of the twentieth century. Please feel free to peruse my recommended readings list and contact me with any questions or comments you might have.
